About The Position

This is a full-time, 10-week internship program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. The internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Analytical skills
• Verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Project and time management skills
• Works well in a team environment or independently

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives
• Exposure to recruiting and staffing from internal and external sources
• Providing comprehensive HR support, directly or indirectly to a designated client group
• Participating on various HR committees established to resolve employment challenges
