The 2026 Summer Internship for U.S. Global Wealth Management - Strategic Accounts is based in New York, NY. Interns will be involved in servicing PIMCO’s largest intermediary clients and will act as strategic advisors, providing customized investment solutions and services. The internship runs from June 8th to August 14th, 2026, and includes training, networking, and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Must be able to begin full time employment from a PIMCO office between January 2027 – August 2027.
• Must be enrolled at a university during the Fall 2026 semester.
• Minimum 3.2 cumulative collegiate grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
• Business proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

• Strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investments.
• Proficiency in financial modeling.
• Familiarity with financial statements and basic investment concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on market trends, competitor offerings, economic indicators, and investment products.
• Using data analytics tools to analyze client portfolios, investment performance, and market data.
• Assisting in the development and execution of client business plans in collaboration with GWM stakeholders.
