About The Position

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is a family-owned independent Coca-Cola bottler that is the third largest privately-held and the sixth largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Coke Florida sells, markets, manufactures and distributes over 600 products of The Coca-Cola Company and other partner companies including Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. In 2025, for the 4th year in a row, Coke Florida was named as a US Best Managed Company by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal. This program recognizes outstanding U.S. private companies and the achievements of their management teams in four key areas: strategy, ability to execute, corporate culture, and governance/financial performance. The 2026 Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (“Coke Florida”) Summer Internship Program is a full-time 11-week program beginning May 18 and ending July 31. The program is open to juniors and seniors enrolled in a collegiate undergraduate program or any students enrolled in a collegiate graduate program. Interns will receive coaching from experienced mentors, be exposed to practical work experience, and participate in impactful projects. For Summer 2026, Coke Florida is seeking Field Operations interns to work within our North Region. Interns will work in a hybrid work environment (4-5 days on-site) out of our North Region (Jacksonville, Ocala, & Gainesville).

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in a related discipline and possess a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • For any legal internship candidates only - must be actively enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Self-starter who is flexible and has a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Proficient computer application skills.
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by the company.
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without work authorization sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior food/beverage industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated functional area.
  • Interact with and support business partners and participate in projects that directly impact business value.
  • Analyze various business processes and procedures.
