Internship Program: Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program willâ¯run fromâ¯June to August 2026.â¯Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business. The internship will be based out of ourâ¯Philadelphia, PAâ¯location. This is a hybrid position, and the intern will be required to work in the office at least four days per week, or possibly more based on business needs. As an OCIO (Outsourced Chief Investment Officer), the team works with Investment Committees, Boards of Trustees and staff to help organizations achieve their long-term investment objectives and grow the impact of the non-profits.
