The Position 2026 Summer Intern - Corporate Accounts We advance science so that we all have more time with the people we love. Department Summary The Corporate Accounts team acts as a strategic engine for Roche’s relationships with the nation's largest healthcare organizations, including Integrated Health Networks (IHNs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs). We build long-term enterprise partnerships. Our goal is to ensure that healthcare systems perceive the full economic and clinical value of Roche’s portfolio, ultimately securing broader patient access to our diagnostics. This internship position is located in Indianapolis, On - Site. The Opportunity Strategic Support: Assist in the development and execution of Corporate Accounts strategies by conducting market analysis and supporting the creation of tactical account plans for key healthcare systems. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency, leading projects that streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance the team's operational rhythm. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse departments across the Roche organization (e.g., Marketing, Contracting, Finance, and Medical Affairs) to drive project alignment and gain a holistic view of the commercial ecosystem. Dynamic Project Management: Lead ad-hoc business initiatives and special projects as they arise, demonstrating the agility to adapt to changing business priorities and solve complex problems. Insight Generation: Synthesize data and project outcomes into actionable insights, presenting findings to leadership to inform future decision-making and account tactics. Program Highlights Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship. Program start dates are in May/June (Summer). A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects. Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry. Who You Are (Required) Required Education: You meet one of the following criteria: Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student). Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program). Required Majors: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration / Public Health, Economics or Finance, Marketing and/or Life Sciences (Biology/Biotech).
