About The Position

This is a full-time, 10-week internship program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. The internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and designing improved and personalized billing and onboarding customer experiences
  • Supporting the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, and technologies into existing operations
  • Evaluating emerging technologies that contribute to drive best in class digital self-service
