About The Position

This is a full-time, 10-week internship program designed to give you real-world experience working within the telecommunications industry in your field of choice. The internship program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026. In addition to the role-based projects you'll work on, you'll also participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and have access to a mentor. You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Creating a project kickoff flow and documentation for the team
  • Helping in the creation and maintenance of digital customer support content
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams in conducting and evaluating A/B and multi-variate experimentation to determine the best possible customer experience
