Requirements

• Learning agility and a genuine interest in AI, data science, and automation.
• Technical fundamentals in AI and data science concepts (statistics, modeling best practices, etc.).
• Hands-on skills in Python and SQL.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on experience with projects that blend AI, automation, and data science.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for smarter document search and retrieval.
• Develop predictive models for use cases like next-best-offer, churn prediction, and lead conversion.
• Explore agentic orchestration, leveraging AI tools in increasingly complex and meaningful workflows.
• Design Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to streamline business processes.
