About The Position

The 2026 Summer Environmental Intern will assist in a variety of environmental tasks that support the company's commitment to sustainability and regulatory compliance. This role involves essential duties such as gathering and analyzing environmental data, managing environmental GIS data, preparing permits, and ensuring compliance. The intern will also collect, process, and report environmental data while supporting daily operations to ensure environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations (MLMC supplied training).
• Knowledge and understanding of computer technology and software applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• General understanding of electronic surveying equipment.
• Knowledge in ArcGIS Pro.

Nice To Haves

• Prefer a minimum of two years of undergraduate studies in Geosciences.
• Will consider applicants majoring in Natural Resource & Environmental Conservation or Forestry, Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture.
