Job Summary : The Co-Op Engineer will assist the Engineering Department with development activities. Primary work involves using SolidWorks CAD software to design parts, subassemblies, and tools for high voltage circuit switchers as well as tools to build and test prototypes. At the end of every rotation, you will present out deliverables, experiences, and recommendations. Functions include: Creating parts and assemblies in Solidworks from concept through to finished drawings Building prototype circuit switchers and sub-assemblies for development testing Collect data during testing and analyze the data to evaluate test results Assist other engineers with continuous improvement projects within the division Other job duties as assigned What you will be working on : this should include projects RLS38AR Mechanical and Dielectric Testing RLS38T Mechanical and Dielectric Testing LLS E Close Operation Testing Drawing Updates from VIP (Value Improvement Program) Tickets
