As a Summer Associate, you'll embark on an immersive journey within the world of banking and gain invaluable insight working on hands-on self-driven assignments and projects that creates a real business impact. Throughout the program you'll network with bank leaders, participate in leadership and financial wellness workshops, team building activities, and take part in a community service project that reflects our commitment to giving back. This is your chance to kickstart your banking career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate and exhibit First Hawaiian Bank's core values: Caring, Character and Collaboration.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and June 2028.
  • Completed advanced coursework in their major field of study.
  • Currently enrolled in a four-year or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Pursuing a relevant degree program.
  • Must be available to work 40-hour work weeks between June-August and work on-site on Oahu.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
