Department Overview Raymond James Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) delivers a premier platform of customized planning and investment solutions, thought leadership, and strategic guidance. Serving nearly 9,000 financial advisors, GWS provides comprehensive offerings across every wealth demographic through divisions such as Investment Strategy, Wealth Planning, Investment Solutions, Insurance Solutions, Capital Markets, Institutional Fiduciary Solutions, and Private Institutional Clients (PIC). Within the Investment Solutions division, two key teams—Product Partner Relations (PPR) and Mutual Fund/ETF Research (MFER)—collaborate to deliver industry-leading investment solutions. Together, they combine deep relationships with third-party asset managers, strategic business planning, and rigorous research to provide innovative, client-focused offerings that drive advisor success. Job Summary Join Product Partner Relations (PPR) and Mutual Fund/ETF Research (MFER) as an intern and kickstart your career gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic world of wealth management. PPR and MFER are seeking enthusiastic interns to join our department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry experts, build valuable networks, and contribute to projects that shape investment solutions for thousands of financial advisors. As a Summer Associate, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to strengthen strategic partnerships with leading asset managers, conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative investment research, deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders, develop a broad and deep understanding of diverse business strategies across the industry, administer and support contract negotiations with asset managers, and grow as a professional—both independently and as a valued team contributor. The summer associate position is a temporary role. Start Date: Monday, June 1 , 202 6 End Date: Friday, August 7 , 202 6 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Advanced principles of business communication and professional interaction

  • Freshman or Sophomore standing ( December 202 7 -May 202 9 graduates) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
  • Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future (including beyond OPT/EAD) .

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leading asset management firms nationwide to address challenges, develop innovative solutions for financial advisors, and craft tailored business strategies for each product partner.
  • Perform competitive analysis and research new technologies to enhance processes; present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize investment data related to mutual funds, ETFs, and liquid alternatives; create comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of changes and advancements in contract management, technology, finance, negotiating skills and law to implement improved methods and techniques as needed.
  • Manage team communications and scheduling, including responding to product inquiries from partners and advisors, coordinating calls and meetings with senior leadership and asset managers, and assisting with daily operational tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Raymond James conference initiatives, partner budgets, practice management content, and align third party value propositions with firm priorities.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer across departments within Investment Solutions by educating peer groups and supporting financial advisors directly.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
