Department Overview Branch Third-Party Suppliers Solutions serves and consults Private Client Group advisors with Raymond James broker/dealers, on third-party supplier software tools and services. In servicing advisors, Third-Party Supplier Solutions administers and educates advisors or branch personnel to help streamline their experience in a third-party supplier request process. Servicing also includes consulting on and advocating for readily available innovative software and service offerings. Job Summary The summer associate will focus on data analysis and tasks designed to help service the ongoing needs of branches seeking a third-party supplier and the transition of branch disclosures from a legacy process to a new process. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing area with a wide range of data coordination and analytics. Under general supervision, the summer associate will focus on data analysis for strategic project coordination, internal system troubleshooting, data collection for regulatory or internal legal/compliance needs, quality assurance of intranet pages, system integrity testing and general oversight assistance with third-party supplier requests . The summer associate position is a temporary role. Start Date: Monday, June 1 , 202 6 End Date: Friday, August 7 , 202 6 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
