Responsibilities
- Drafting marketing materials, including offering memoranda and presentations
- Responding to investor due diligence requests
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers' investment theses and track record of investments
- Performing financial modeling and analysis for property, portfolio, and platform level transactions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA

Nice-to-haves
- Prior real estate and/or finance experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to write effectively

Benefits
- Expected Annualized Base Salary of $120,000
