As a Logistics Engineering Co-op, you'll gain invaluable experience in optimizing logistics processes for high-speed manufacturing, working directly with experienced engineers on impactful projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, or a related Engineering field.
• Excited by the challenge of optimizing complex systems and driving efficiency.
• Excel at teamwork and communication, both written and verbal.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and are committed to accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the Bosch Production System, applying lean principles to optimize material flow and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate on projects to analyze and enhance internal and external value streams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency-boosting solutions.
• Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives by supporting the implementation of RFID technology, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and other automation solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and leverage PFEP documentation to ensure seamless material flow and precise inventory management.
• Create and implement clear, efficient work procedures, including optimized milk run delivery processes.
• Assist in analyzing and improving receiving and shipping operations, contributing to smoother and more efficient logistics processes.
