About The Position
Bain Capital is one of the world's leading private investment firms with approximately $185 billion in assets under management. The Summer Analyst internship enables a highly-select group of rising seniors the opportunity to become an investor as part of a leading global investment firm. Summer Analysts participate in a 10-week internship based in our Boston office, working as an integral part of a team comprised of Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and/or Analysts. They are exposed to a broad set of situations and credits to systematically develop skills as a value-added investor, honing a complete financial and business analysis skill set and building on the tools used in consulting firms to analyze industries, business strategies, and competitive positions. Additionally, Summer Analysts develop strong financial modeling and analytical skills and gain exposure to many areas of the public financial markets.
