Dive headfirst into the world of distribution at SRS/Heritage with our Management Training Program. From day one, you'll be hands-on, learning every facet of our business. Our goal? To equip you with the skills and knowledge so that you can rise to the position of Branch Manager and beyond. The Management Trainee Program is a 9-12-month program based on individual progression designed to develop future leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage. Participants gain hands-on exposure to all facets of our business, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain and human resources. Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees build a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.

  • A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major is preferred.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required.
  • Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Proven history of success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability.
  • Experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service is highly valued.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Well-versed in computer skills, with strong capabilities in strategic thinking, organization, and time management.
