About The Position

SRS Distribution, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, currently operates under a family of distinct local brands encompassing more than 760 locations across 47 states. Southeast Intern positions are available at our branch locations, all of which are office-based, in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. This 10 to 12-week internship provides a 360-degree view of our distribution center's operations, customer service, and sales functions. You'll be trained by experienced branch managers and gain hands-on experience in various areas.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, or Construction Management
• Current Juniors with plans to graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and work ethic through previous jobs or extracurricular activities
• Personable, driven, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship in the US
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Receiving and moving products in the warehouse
• Loading trucks and handling dispatch & delivery logistics
• Customer service, order entry, and inside sales
• Shadowing a Territory Manager for outside sales experience
• Completing and presenting a high-impact business project at our corporate headquarters
• Participating in biweekly coaching sessions to accelerate learning
