Requirements

Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program majoring in marketing.
Candidates should bring strong attention to detail, clear communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A strong interest and advocacy for customer experience improvements
An analytical approach to turn insights into actions
Self-motivated to work both independently and collaborate across several teams and functions

Responsibilities

Translate customer voice captured in phone interactions into actionable insights by identifying recurring pain points, service gaps, and process improvement opportunities that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Assist in the creative process for Kohler’s large new product launch by supporting ideation, content development and review, ensuring creative materials align with product vision, brand standards, and launch goals.
Manage the review monitoring process by analyzing consumer feedback, crafting timely and on‑brand responses, and building strategies to promote positive reviews and enhance brand perception
