Are you ready to kickstart your HR career with a global leader? Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking a driven HR Co-Op to join our Business HR team at our Science & Technology Center in Topeka, KS. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and make a real difference in a fun, collaborative environment. In this role, you'll work alongside a dynamic HR team, gaining exposure to a variety of HR functions, from employee engagement to strategic HR initiatives.   • Support impactful HR projects that boost employee experience and fuel business success.
  • Partner with diverse teams on initiatives like learning programs, people development, talent acquisition, labor strategy, and HR data accuracy.
  • Help plan and roll out programs that keep our team inspired and connected.
  • Use data to guide decisions and optimize processes.
  • Currently a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a degree in HR, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Prior corporate or internship experience is preferred.
  • A curious and innovative mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive meaningful change.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Salary Range $20.00 - $24.50 USD

  • Minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days and 13 paid holidays.
