About The Position

The Procurement function is constantly striving to improve our processes and generate maximum value for Altium, and we are looking for a dynamic PROCUREMENT INTERN in our Atlanta office, to support key business initiatives. The Procurement department strives to support company growth and we are looking for an intern who is eager to learn and have an impact. This intern will report directly to the Director, Procurement. The intern experience will be designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the Procurement team on the following potential projects: Vendor Pricing Management / Audit Process setup, Contract Management System Setup, Sourcepoint Procurement Page Organization.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the Procurement function.
• Ability to work on real projects and gain functional Procurement experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project management or related coursework.
• Familiarity with procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support key business initiatives in the Procurement department.
• Assist in Vendor Pricing Management and Audit Process setup.
• Help with Contract Management System Setup.
• Organize the Sourcepoint Procurement Page.
• Participate in data-gathering, analysis, and decision-making processes.
