Requirements

  • Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027) in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting and financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
  • Perform industry and market research to support investment theses.
  • Participate in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, conducting management interviews, and assessing business risks.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and consultants to gather and analyze relevant information.
  • Monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments, including financial performance, compliance with covenants, and market developments.
  • Prepare regular portfolio reports and updates for senior management and investors.
  • Support the execution of transactions, including drafting term sheets, negotiating deal terms, and coordinating with Legal and Compliance.
  • Assist in the structuring of complex financing solutions tailored to the needs of portfolio companies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including investment banks, advisors, and portfolio company management teams.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance market knowledge and expand the firm's network.
