About The Position

Transcard offers an internship program in the FinTech industry. Our program is designed to provide you with meaningful projects utilized by the business. You’ll see the direct impact of your contribution and get an inside perspective of your desired field while working alongside some of the best in our industry. We continually strive to identify qualified individuals for post-graduate opportunities beyond the internship program. This intern position will operate Monday-Friday during standard business hours. This position is a paid internship, compensation will be based on the qualifications of the applicant. Our goal is to allow you to gain a better understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities within the Operations department while working toward your professional goals as related to your academic coursework.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely and independently from direct supervisor as needed.
• Must have great time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Completed or currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar.
• Preferred Operations Management, Business Administration, Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Working with Customer Support team to learn payment processes and apply that to address issues that may arise with our services.
• Shadow the Client Experience team and assist with processes and procedures that help Transcard Clients.
• Daily tasks may include card orders, research, card to card transfer, loading cards, unloading cards, closing cards, unclosing cards, blocking cards, and running reports.
• Gain knowledge of each internal system and its function.
