About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Investment Operations Analyst in a structured 2-year program designed for recent college graduates. Analysts will gain exposure to key operational functions like data operations, intermediary oversight, client reporting, and lifecycle management. Participants will engage in hands-on projects aligned with strategic transformation initiatives such as platform consolidation, API buildouts, and data quality remediation. Analysts will receive structured training in investment operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Investment Analytics, Technology, and Client Service. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with investment products and financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Bloomberg, Salesforce, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Interest in operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive mindset, showing initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile investment transactions across asset classes.
  • Support onboarding and maintenance of account master data and security/issuer domains.
  • Assist in the implementation of new operational workflows and tools (e.g. Bloomberg, Vermilion, APX, Power BI, Salesforce).
  • Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to client reporting and performance attribution processes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, seeking opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to discussions.
