Releasing designs into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Creating and maintaining technical drawings throughout the product's lifecycle. You'll learn quickly this company offers a diversity of products and materiality. While you design the product, you will learn and apply the design thinking process. You will experience Steelcase's mechanical design process, including: Ideation, Bill-of-Material Structuring, Designing Concepts and Ideas: Surfacing, Sheet Metal, Solid Modeling, Drafting, Document control, Prototyping. We believe you'll appreciate the balance of individual work with multi-functional projects, with teams made up of engineers, industrial designers, model makers, and more.
