About The Position

Transcard offers an internship program in the FinTech industry. Our program is designed to provide you with meaningful projects utilized by the business. You’ll see the direct impact of your contribution and get an inside perspective of your desired field while working alongside some of the best in our industry. We continually strive to identify qualified individuals for post-graduate opportunities beyond the internship program. This intern position will operate Monday-Friday during standard business hours. This position is a paid internship, compensation will be based on the qualifications of the applicant. Our goal is to allow you to gain a better understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities within the Marketing department while working toward your professional goals as related to your academic coursework.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely and independently from direct supervisor as needed.
• Must have great time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• A portfolio sample of marketing or digital art is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as the Adobe platform.

Nice To Haves

• Completed or currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or similar.
• Preferred Marketing, Digital Marketing, International Marketing, Marketing Research.

Responsibilities

• Help execute promotional plans for marketing materials, including sales collateral, event invites, physical collateral for event usage etc.
• Involved with onsite content: newsletters, company updates, business cards etc.
• Assist team with reservations, quotes, order placing, scheduling.
• Event Assistance, venue setup, invites and announcements, attendee tracking, outreach efforts, etc.
• Assist team with internal content production.
• Gain exposure to custom card and collateral production: Work with the card production team to help design custom client collateral. Ensure customer and client facing collateral represents the Transcard brand.
