About The Position

New York Red Bulls Academy are looking for an intern to join our excellent Medical and Performance department for the Spring. This internship provides a professional learning environment for aspiring strength and conditioning coaches, performance scientists or other performance related careers. Note: applicants must have consistent afternoon and/or evening availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Weekend availability is a plus. This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and understanding of soccer
• Current undergraduate or graduate student studying sports exercise and science, strength and conditioning, CSCS accreditation, or a related field
• Demonstrates effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Lives within 60-miles of Whippany, New Jersey
• Possess a driver's license and/or reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
