About The Position
Our program is designed for deep integration. We are looking for motivated interns to join us for dedicated Fall session. During your time here, you will be embedded within a specific functional group—ranging from Software, Hardware engineering to Operations —working alongside industry experts. Why Mytra? Mentorship & Ownership: You will be paired with a mentor to guide your development as you take on a specific, high-visibility project. The Speed of Innovation: Based in our 100,000 sq. ft. Brisbane HQ, you will witness the immediate lifecycle of a product—from a whiteboard concept to seeing heavy machinery move in real-time. Our culture of "High-Fidelity Signal" means you’ll learn to communicate and execute at an elite level. We Build Bots, hire Humans means "We build bots" to handle the repetitive, the mundane, specifically so our humans can stay human—focusing on creativity, empathy, and high-level strategy. A Final Note: You’re encouraged to apply even if you can’t take on every example project in its totality. We work closely and collaboratively at Mytra - No one takes on projects alone. We seek people who are eager to work together, learn new things, and bring unique perspectives.
