About The Position

The sales intern will be responsible for providing support to Lycoming's Sales, Marketing, and IT departments. The intern will engage in various tasks including creating a Customer Relationship Management System to manage customer interactions, tracking order backlog and shipment history, and available publications/announcements. Additionally, the intern will work with IT to help shape and test an Oracle-based online ordering portal for Lycoming's website. The role also involves creating a central repository for agents to access guides, step-by-step instructions, and reference materials to help them resolve common issues quickly. The intern will participate in cross-functional project team meetings.

Requirements

• Student should be pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Business, Business Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint and Access.
• SQL, Oracle and VBA experience and knowledge base.
• You will not now, or in the future, require sponsorship (i.e. H-1B visa, etc.) to legally work in the U.S.
