About The Position

The Effector RF Products Department is seeking current college students for an RF Electrical Design internship position to work with a variety of programs as a contributor to detailed design, simulation, product development, and initial product testing. The successful candidate will have educational experience and professional interest designing RF and Microwave hardware, including transmitters, receivers, and exciters. This role includes design and test activities that span preliminary design to integration. Products we develop support radar and datalink applications on a variety of tactical missile programs. Critical to this role will be designing for challenging mechanical constraints and extreme environments. All Candidates will work within a larger team at Raytheon. Interns perform meaningful engineering tasks for their assigned projects, and will also have access to a variety of career development opportunities. These include access to technical mentors and the ability to “shadow” experienced professionals in order to learn about real industry positions. This position is located in Tucson, AZ and is an on-site role.
