This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSCQ). Your summer will be focused in Logistics and throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ as a whole, while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA, BS, or masters degree in the area of Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Management, or a closely related field by Summer 2026
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)
  • Experience working with Power BI and Power Apps

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience with real Supply Chain and Logistics tools and processes
  • Use dashboards to help tell a story and communicate data to constituents
  • Own or contribute to a role-specific project during your internship
  • Improve processes through the CORE Operating System.
  • Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions
