If you're seeking a dynamic environment where your work matters, MIM is the place to be. The Analyst will support the management of MetLife Holdings and Corporate & Other Segments. MetLife Holdings portfolios back run-off liabilities such as Life, Annuities, and Long-Term Care. The Corporate & Other segment contains mostly surplus, reinsurance, and hold-co portfolios. The Analyst will provide ad hoc analysis on various portfolios or other topics. Additionally, the Analyst will utilize tools such as BlackRock Aladdin, Excel, Bloomberg, and other tools to analyze portfolio issues.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education institution and actively pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in finance / economics.
  • Anticipated graduation date must be between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, remaining detail-oriented and client-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with management-level professionals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CoPilot.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship, now or at any point in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of MetLife Holdings and Corporate & Other Segments.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on various portfolios or other topics.
  • Utilize tools such as BlackRock Aladdin, Excel, Bloomberg, and other tools to analyze portfolio issues.
