As an Ignite Coordinator on our AI & Automation team , you won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll be digging into complex data, exploring new AI architectures, and helping us automate the workflows that power the world’s biggest brand experiences. You’re the right fit if you: Geek out on tech: You have a solid technical foundation in AI and coding (Python, JavaScript, etc.) with a hunger to stay "ahead of trends." Connect the dots: You can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable ideas for stakeholders at all levels. Thrive in the "gray": You’re comfortable with ambiguity and ready to jump into fast-paced, real-world projects from day one. Focus on the "Why": You understand that technology is only as good as the human experience it creates. The Technical "Igniter" We are looking for a builder who doesn’t just use AI but understands the plumbing behind it. You’ll stand out if you have experience in the following areas: LLM & RAG Development (A Plus): You have moved beyond basic prompting and are experimenting with Large Language Model (LLM) development or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to build smarter, context-aware applications. Coding Mastery: You have the foundational programming skills to not just conceptualize an idea, but to build, script, and iterate on it independently. Agentic Workflows: You have a "hacker" mindset and are comfortable exploring tools like Claude Code or OpenClaw to accelerate technical tasks and autonomous development. Orchestration & Automation: You understand how to connect disparate systems and build complex logic flows using platforms like n8n to drive business efficiencies. Cloud & Innovation: You have a foundational interest in Google Cloud ecosystems and follow cutting-edge research like Google Antigravity to solve complex architectural challenges. And Where You’ll Get to Do It These positions are located near one of our US Offices (San Francisco, Austin, Nashville, Detroit, New York, or Boston), depending on the position. Participants should expect to be in the office 2 days each week. The position pays $20-22 per hour. We do not provide relocation assistance or housing stipends. What You Need to Know for Next Steps The Ignite Program runs from July 7 to December 11, 2026 with a commitment to a full 40-hour work week (except holidays!). You must be available to work the entire program duration. We do not accept late-start/early-end participants. For the 2026 program, we will begin interviews in January 2026, with selections made by April 2026.
