Summer Associate Program The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Clinical Strategy & Innovation on projects within a group setting across the organization. The Clinical Strategy and Innovation team looks to understand unmet health needs of our members and develop programs to address them. We use data analytics, clinical research, and in-person interviews to inform our strategy, and various capabilities within Emblem to close gaps in care. We seek teammates who are curious, passionate about healthcare and driven to address disparities in care. Program Details Ten-week paid program: Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 7 Full-time: 40 hours per week Hourly rate: $30 per hour Hybrid Work Schedule: May be asked to come to the office two days a week
