Summer Associate Program The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. Summer Associate Program The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Growth & Profitability, Product Transformation on projects within a group setting across the organization. The Provider Network & Population Health team builds and maintains relationships with healthcare providers (including doctors, independent practice associations, hospitals, and facilities) to ensure members have access to quality, cost-effective care. They negotiate contracts, expand networks, and support providers with policies, reimbursements, and compliance. Program Details Ten-week paid program: Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 7 Full-time: 40 hours per week Hourly rate: $30 per hour Hybrid Work Schedule: May be asked to come to the office two days a week
