Summer Associate Program The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders. Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Community Engagement on projects within a group setting across the organization. The Community Engagement team addresses health disparities in EmblemHealth's footprint through community activations. These community activations stand on data insights, provider relationships, community relationships and sponsorship programming.
