Role Summary: Riboli Family Winery is offering Part-Time and Full-Time seasonal internships for our 2026 harvest season at our San Simeon Estate, a micro-winery focused on small-batch, high-quality wines. As the flagship label of our family-owned winery, San Simeon wines are 100% estate-grown and produced at our CSWA certified sustainable facility in Paso Robles. Interns will support all aspects of the winemaking process—from grape receiving and fermentation to barrel work and lab sampling—alongside our dedicated, tight-knit team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in premium, sustainable winemaking. Internships start as soon as July 2026 and span through December 2026.
