About The Position

Our 2026 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Internship Dates: The internship program will run from Thursday, May 28, 2026 - Friday, August 7, 2026. We review applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready. The application window will close on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:59PM ET or when role(s) have been filled, whichever comes first.

Requirements

• A rising senior (graduation date of May 2027) who is fueled by collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and persuade through a variety of communication methods.
• A desire to learn and continuously improve.
• A competitive drive and are motivated by winning.
• A likeable personality, are personable, and are confident in building new relationships.
• The ability to efficiently manage your time and can balance multiple tasks.
• The ability to thrive in a team environment and are not afraid to always ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Have direct exposure to working with our sales teams including being out on sales calls with veteran sales representatives.
