About The Position

Our 2026 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Internship Dates: The internship program will run from Thursday, May 28, 2026 - Friday, August 7, 2026. We review applications on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready. The application window will close on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:59PM ET or when role(s) have been filled, whichever comes first.

Requirements

• A rising senior (graduation date of May 2027)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• A willingness to take initiative and embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Participate in impactful projects that enhance your understanding of the group benefits industry
• Collaborate with peers and professionals on assignments that develop your skills and knowledge of the Client Management Organization
• Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
• Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work, and our suite of product and service offerings
• Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
