About The Position

Join us in a permanent role, kick-starting with a 2-Year development program, designed to help build your career at AECOM and ensure you are equipped with a strong foundation to transition into a professional role at the completion of the program. As a Graduate Engineer within our highly successful Transmission & Distribution team, you will be involved in both the primary and secondary design of substation projects throughout Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You'll be working in a supportive, experienced team with a wide range of high-calibre clients on the preparation of substation electrical drawings and studies such as grounding, lightning protection, and power systems analysis. Each day will provide new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Interest in power / power papers preferable.
  • Must have completed studies and graduated before starting the program.
  • Ability to commence work by February 2026 or July 2026 for mid-year finishers.
