Requirements

  • Currently a Junior graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong interest in UX design, digital product development, and human-centered design
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working independently and within teams
  • Passion for solving complex problems and improving user experiences

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to design user-centric solutions
  • Participate in design discovery activities such as user interviews, journey mapping, research, and competitive analysis
  • Synthesize research and user feedback into actionable design improvements
  • Create wireframes, user flows, designs, and prototypes in Figma
  • Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Explore emerging design trends and bring fresh perspectives to the team
