OneBeat Dance Brands produces the most exciting, high-energy, innovative events in the dance industry. We are a growing family of brands dedicated to creating the best experience possible for our dancers, teachers, and attendees. Our brands currently include Beyond the Stars, Groove, Breakout, and Reverb! Collectively, we host over 200 regional dance competitions, 8 national finals, and 13 fall dance conventions per season. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work long event days (8–16 hours)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work weekends (Thursday–Monday) and travel from January–June.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working in loud, dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous event dance industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in a professional, energetic, and customer-focused manner
  • Provide exceptional service to studio owners, dancers, and attendees
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts and travel
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including lifting and moving equipment
  • Follow company procedures and event timelines precisely
  • Communicate effectively with team members and event leadership
  • Problem-solve quickly and calmly under pressure
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Uphold brand standards in appearance and conduct
  • Adhere to other duties assigned by the event director(s) or designee.
