About The Position

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. Working in partnership with leaders in the maternal health field, our company contributes our expertise, our employees and our financial resources to help achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3) related to maternal health. The incumbent supports the activities of the Social Impact and Sustainability team in support of our global maternal health initiative including responsibilities related to: Programmatic Support: Conduct desk research around key topics within global health and maternal health which could include quality improvement, health systems strengthening, patient and/or provider-focused solutions, etc. Conduct targeted analysis on a particular topic or geography. General support for meeting preparations with internal and external stakeholders, communication, and reporting. Draft/review routine program reports; develop talking points, web site content and presentations based on inputs from grantees and collaborators. Review grantee reports and support synthesis of impact. Participate in partner meetings and discussions as well as opportunistic conferences and events during the 12-week period.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of studies toward bachelor’s degree by June 2026.
  • Candidates must be a currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior student pursuing a bachelor’s degree OR a currently enrolled graduate student pursuing a Masters.
  • Experience in public health, international development, public policy, and/or corporate responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills with a high degree of diplomacy and teamwork needed.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively while also exercising independent, good judgment with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • B.S./B.A. Degree in progress, MPH degree candidate strongly preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD.
