The IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level technologists. Working in teams alongside highly skilled professionals, ETR employees apply their passion for technology to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes. Over the course of 2 years, as an IT ETR, you will explore 3 different roles and areas of IT. We're looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying technology to invent novel life-saving drugs, broaden access to medicines and vaccines, and enable next-generation healthcare solutions. Potential rotational opportunities can be in the following technical disciplines: Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, Data / Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, User Experience, Automation, and more.
