An internship in Global Workplace & Enterprise Services will allow you to better understand the role we play in delivering state-of-the-art office and laboratory facilities for our human health, manufacturing, and research clients at our Company. You will work hands-on improving equipment reliability related to facility operations, gain an understanding of reliability engineering, maintenance practices, and utility and energy management, and gain exposure to continuous improvement methodologies, data and analytics, new digital technologies, and strategic planning. You will perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans, advance an understanding of group dynamics within working communities, foster collaboration and innovation, and strengthen communication and interpersonal skills.
