The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. Our Company continues to increase its global footprint and accessibility to customers and patients, the Global Security Group (GSG) continues to take prudent measures to protect and secure our company and our people, products, trade secrets, intellectual property, reputation, and operations on a global scale. In doing so, GSG protects the Company from a variety of hazards with the goal of providing a competitive advantage by minimizing the impact of security risks and maximizing the opportunity for the Company to do business in a safe and effective manner. The intern will work with the Global Watch Desk Team of the Global Security component. The intern’s responsibilities will include assisting with a variety of tasks and projects, that could include anything from using technical monitoring systems, to assisting with geopolitical risk and travel security related initiatives. Although this position will be supervised, the incumbent will be required to have an interest in international risk and security, with very strong writing abilities. The intern may be trained for two weeks to function as a watch officer and be expected to provide back-up shift coverage if necessary. The incumbent is expected to collect information and develop solutions to specific projects of a limited scope. Assignments may be designed to develop professional knowledge and to provide broad experience and familiarization with our company methods, standards, procedures, and practices.
