Requirements

  • Pursuing B.S. degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical, or Biochemistry.
  • Ability to work in New Jersey/Pennsylvania area during summer.
  • Interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of the Central Functions US Hub team.
  • Execute sourcing initiatives and collaborate with the category team to facilitate operational and transactional activities.
  • Participate in the creation and management of RFx processes.
  • Engage with suppliers and evaluate RFx responses.
  • Handle other sourcing-related tasks within the SAP Ariba platform.
  • Collaborate with peers from other S&C Hubs to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Support peers to resolve issues and effectively handle requests.
  • Demonstrate both tactical and strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
  • Support the execution of projects (RFx) with value up to $5 million.
  • Support the end-to-end compliance contract management process with 3rd parties.
  • Complete internal and external 3rd party risk assessments.
