About The Position

The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts between 10-12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. Global Data Operations is looking for talented and motivated students for Summer 2026 internships. Selected individuals will support strategic and operational projects related to process, medical coding, technologies and data analysis in clinical data management. Working alongside experienced members of the team, the successful candidate will assist with special projects, analyze and evaluate processes, and propose innovative resolutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program in nursing, pharmacy, health sciences or other related scientific discipline or advanced data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks beginning in May or June of 2026.
• Strong document management and organizational skills.
• Initiative, leadership, and ownership of deliverables.
• Self-starter, fast learner, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to manage and independently drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Completed college level science course work in biology, chemistry, anatomy/physiology, statistics, data analytics and/or pharmacology.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work through complex challenges.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
