About The Position

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. The Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials (DICT) Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's efforts to enhance representation in clinical trials. The intern will contribute to various initiatives aimed to improve representation inclusive of age, race, ethnicity, sex, gender, socioeconomic background and geography in clinical research. The Internship Program will last up to 12 weeks and may include one or more projects focused on analyzing existing clinical trial data to improve representation, utilize technology to enhance process efficiency, develop educational/community outreach tools resulting in a presentation summarizing findings and recommendations. The intern will learn the fundamentals of Clinical Trial conduct and principles of project management oversight with close supervision and mentorship spanning across Global Clinical Trial Operations and the DICT Team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student and will not have graduated by Summer 2026.
  • Pursuing a degree in Biology, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health or a related field.

  • Previous experience or coursework related to clinical trials, research methods, or community outreach.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD.
