About The Position

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Global Support Functions Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. As our Company continues to increase its global footprint and accessibility to customers and patients, our Company's Corporate Aviation continues to provide a safe, fast, and enjoyable experience in transporting key Company personnel around the world. In doing so, our Company's Corporate Aviation enhances productivity for Company personnel, providing a competitive advantage by minimizing the impact of travel risks and maximizing the opportunity for the Company to do business in a safe and effective manner. The intern work is mainly in the Corporate Aviation function for the Company. This includes working with the pilot and operations functions supporting the transport of key company's personnel in worldwide operations and providing general administrative support. Qualified individuals may work within the aircraft maintenance function. Although this position will be supervised, the incumbent will be required to follow our Company's Aviation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as demonstrate core competency in working safely and efficiently within aviation and office environments. The incumbent is expected to collect information and develop solutions to specific projects of a limited scope. Assignments may be designed to develop professional knowledge and to provide broad experience and familiarization with our Company's Aviation and our Company's methods, standards, procedures, and practices. While not a flying position, the intern may be afforded the opportunity to ride on our Company's aircraft as an observer.

Requirements

  • Education Minimum Requirement: Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University in any field of Aviation, Aviation Technology or other relevant coursework. Students entering Junior or Senior year enrolled an accredited College or University. Those enrolled in Aviation Technician programs will have completed at least one semester of that program.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, sound analytical and problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills that include flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment.
